Strange that the Sox haven't posted lineups yet.  Is something brewing?

I see Moreland is not in the order vs. a RH pitcher (Chavis at 1B).  I also fall for conspiracy theories.

Two first basemen on the bench? Interesting.  Nothing on Rotoworld but I have to think something is up.

Did just see this though:

Brock Holt is over his eye ailment but has returned to Boston to have a right shoulder injury examined.
Holt had been on the shelf with a scratched cornea but evidently must have hurt his shoulder while on his rehab assignment this past weekend. He had been slated for activation soon, but now that's obviously up in the air.

ERod is in a deep hole in the 2nd.  The bats are quiet at the wrong time.

Another one not looking good.  I’ve been trying to watch the Mets game too because my daughter is sitting right behind home plate!

Big opportunity with that error, lets see if they can make them pay.

Sox have put up a crooked number.  6 runs.  JBJ strikes out to end the threat.  Same ole same ole.

I think JBJ started and ended that inning.  They were on track to ending the third straight inning with a GIDP but the error opened things up.

Sure nice to see them playing like they should, so far anyhow.

Only way they score a bunch is if they are a gift. 6 runs on errors.

Cora wants one in the win column.  Brought in Brasier to bail out Workman in the 7th  and then work the eighth.  Barnes has to bail Velazquez' almost disaster in the 9th.

Brasier with the win. I believe Barnes with the save. On to Tuesday.

The bottom line when your not a good team enjoy the wins the other team gives you. This will be a struggle to get to 90 wins.

Also wisely didn't leave E-Rod in to see if he could get away with the win with 2 down in the 4th.

On the other hand, every team makes mistakes and the Sox capitalized on those mistakes every time last year.  Still, would like to see a game when it all comes together.

Speaking of last years teams seems like eons ago and there is little but the names on the jerseys that this team resembles 2018.

Just glad we won the game and came from behind to do it.  This team of ours has been a real headache for all of us and I wonder just what it is that has derailed us so badly so far.  Needless to say we need to go on a solid run and very soon.  This one game and two game winning streaks are barf for the birds.  We've dug ourselves a hole and must get out of it.

BTW, my regular computer broke down last Friday and I am in our local library trying to keep up with my friends.  How about that winning streak now, and Porcello, try to limit the amount of hits you give up tonight.  We need another win badly.
