Not getting any news on Casas for the next week(s).  It could be into August now.

Best I heard on Casas was end of this month but he doesn't seem to have moved on from dry swings.

Tough team in KC.  These guys are what the Sox could be if they played defense and could hit lefties.  Let's hope it's a better match up the next two.

To me the Sox have a question mark in the fifth starter from Royals game. And you can only go so far  with a bullpen game.  With the trade deadline coming up, there is a tailer made Sox special, value plus pitcher .

 Lozardo of Marlins.  He's on the IL until August with an elbow issue/ a red flag for some buyers.  But he is under team control through 2026.  Shades of a Schwarber deal coming off the IL in August to help the ALCS drive.
