When Sales contract is over his will rank right up there or even worst than ole friend Pablo. Imagine as the years go by and the combo of age and his weird delivery do we actually think he will find it again. #1 reason why they should not offer a long term deal to #50. Give him a deal like Bogeys and nothing more.

Since his three homer burst against the Yankees in Boston last week Yellow Brick Road Betts has gotten exactly one infield hit , driven in only one run, provided no leadership whatsoever. Don't even offer him $25 million- per year. Offer him $12 and hope he walks. He has provided no leadership whatsoever and looks like he doesn't give a shit at the plate or in the field. Anbd ifd Cora goes stale against next season as he has done this one, give him plane fare.
