Theo is coming back

Good news from Boston!  Theo Eptein is returning to the Sox and will be "senior advisor and part owner".  This is good, as they desperately need a bigger baseball presence at FSG.  Ok, was there any animus built up while he was gone?  What is his starting role looking like?
