Cora has gone bananas, the new infield

Turner 1B, Wong 2B, Devers SS, Uria 3B.  It started with a Reyes injury.

Great win exciting game.  However the play of the game was made by the fan in the monster seats with a great bare-handed catch of the home run

Damn, what a game. Heart was thumping for sure.

They scratched Hamilton from his start at SS just about as soon as Reyes got injured. Just a few minutes before their game.

So imagine you're Connor Wong. You just made the most public base-running brain fart of your career the day before and you get as lucky when jumping the gun on the pitcher actually works out.

Cora got lucky as hell ala 2018. His moves surrounding the strategy to not forfeit the DH spot actually backfired due to three pitchers not being able to finish their innings. The 'Sox still won, though. The cost was burning Bernardino and Martin out for just one batter each. This is going to carry over to today's game.

I was out all day and didn't have cell coverage until I tuned in for the bottom of the 9th.  Can't believe it came down to a bases loaded at bat with Mookie at the plate.  I thought it was over right there.
