Not sure how that is Cora's fault. Both guys are veterans. They know better.

The hallmark of Cora managed teams are sloppy fundamentals.  This goes back to his blowing off spring training back in 2019. Even Veterans need to be reminded.

The Duvall thing was baffling. You see it once or twice a year from someone. 1st base coaches for amatuers yell out to take half way. Do they do that in the Majors?

I thought the weekend had some interesting base running choices. I could almost hear Eck calling Casas, "Johnny Wheels".

And the circus is back. Nice throw. Pffftt!!!

If this was a hockey match, they would have a player of the game.  For me that would have to go to Pivetta.  Facing an all-star lineup.  5 IP, shut them out on 3 hits.  Warts and all,  Cora is doing a good job managing a make-shift pitching staff that he was given.
