Mariners with dominant pitching, Kutter was also solid.  Then Cora brings in JoRod, which was our undoing.  Why is O'Neill platooned so early?  Abreu is an automatic dead hole with his lack of hitting throughout the spring.

Saving the worst for last is the best way to describe Alex Cora bringing in Joele in for the last inning.  He could have used one of his pitchers for an extra inning or used Jansen again, but he brought in a Mets reject who failed for us in short stints last season.  So now we have to hope and pray that our hitters come alive, that Devers is back in the lineup and Abreu is sent down where he belongs.  Well today is Easter Sea Dog and if hope brings eternal today would be the day to see it happen.

Jansen was complaining about a sore back.  So we had no bullpen to go to. Great team makeup.
