Rule 5 Draft

The Rule 5 draft comes up in early December.  The expectation is the Draft will proceed regardless of a work stoppage.

The Sox have protected Jeter Downs, Winchowski, Brayan Bello, and Kutter Crawford, who are now on the 40 man roster.  37 names are on the roster, so three open spots are there.
