I was a little surprised that was overturned.  It looked to me like he dove off the base and was off it when he got the ball.  I guess it’s possible that he dragged his foot across the base but I didn’t see it conclusively, but of course they have more and better views.

Eovaldi gave up 1 earned run. Had 5 K's & no walks in 5 innings. Sox had some chances but it wasn't to be. They are still 10 games up since the Yanks lost to TB. On to Friday and hopefully a better outcome.
