Boston moved Sale up in the rotation a day to give Drew Pomeranz an extra
day's rest after his first start off the disabled list.  Sale struck out a season-high
10 vs the A's on Saturday, but his outing was overshadowed by Sean Manaea's
no-hitter.

TORONTO:

MARCO ESTRADA, RHP, 2-1, 5.32 ERA, 18K

Estrada has experienced some issues with the long ball so far this season.  He
has allowed six home runs in four starts, and he is coming off a year in which he
surrendered a career-high 31 homers over 33 starts.
