Some bright spots from Ft. Myers.  Story returned to the team on Tuesday (wife with newborn ) and took some practice reps.  He will be in today's (Wed) lineup against the Braves.  Also Sale (cough) has been doing his rehabbing work and told masslive that he is "ahead of schedule to return to the rotation."  We shall see.  The bullpen is going to get a workout early on with the questionmarks among the starters.

Story went one for two with an RBI so he may be closer to being ready for the season that I thought he might be.  Hopefully he gets more and more AB's so his timing is right on cue for the start of the campaign.  We may just need our lineup to hit well because our pi tching might be a question mark after four or five our stalwarts who seem to have the ability to be a big help to us.

It's pretty clear guys started working out on their own.  Of course these days they keep in shape in the winter, not like the old days of second jobs and lots of beer.  But this shortened Spring Training may be a good thing.
