YEAS & DE-DE , and CORA calls DURAN a GAME CHANGER !!!!! As i said on another post , DURAN is faster than fast , other teams will always be looking over their shoulders when he is up, on base & will cause "forced mistakes" that will be game changing events. Good win and that hit by Duran was fun to watch. That being said, the offense is scuffling a little still in terms of run production. The good news is that it should turn around the way they've been hitting. But they really seem to have struggled lately with getting men in.

Now let's win the series.

The Rays are unloading on the Yankees today and will win the final game of a series that they will lose 2-1. How that helps us is only possible if we win tonight and win the series against the Blue Jays 3-1. We would still be 2.5 games ahead of the TB but 9.5 ahead of the Yankees. Keep that team as far back as can be managed because no matter what you think they are all in and going for the World Series. Do NOT sell them short. And Alex Cora must put hi best nine men in the lineup and stop this platoon stuff because it hasn't worked of late and we need to hit better than we have.
