Pivetta with a bad inning.  I can see how Brewers are tops in NLCentral,  but they traded a lot of pitching, like Burns to Baltimore.

Tough news out of Boston.  Garrett Whitlock is done for the year.  He will need an ulnar brace on the elbow, or full TJS.

Please markj, I need all the positive vibes I can get even though our team seems to get us really enthused only to have go into a deep funk with a game or two or their latest pratfall.  Think upbeat that it will not happen on this homestand.

Ted----I live in California but, God willing, next summer (2025) I would be elated to fly into Rebel Country and take in a ball game with you, Sea Dog, Elk, and Mongo.  You're the best bunch of guys I even interacted with over the past two decades (four boards).  Three of them eventually went the way of the ten cent cup of coffee, one, unfortunately, I got into a  tussle with two or three of the big wigs and got banned.  Anyway, let me know if you guys are planning on doing something in 2025 as my wife and I have already made reservations for our vacation this coming summer.

In the college ranks Tristin Casas' little brother Gavin Casas just hit a 3-run bomb for South Carolina against the #1 ranked Univ of Kentucky.  Young Casas looks good for a high draft pick this year.
