Weber again!!!!!!  When will someone in the Red Sox FO going to grow a brain and realize this guy is a  total turd on the mound.  They talked him up late last season and they have used him like he is a future rotation guy.  HE IS NOT; HE IS A BUM and can only hope that he finally pitches a winning game for us.  He has been just terrible with his  non sinking sinker.

Fred, maybe Weber could grow some facial hair, visit a tattoo  parlor.  I dunno.  He doesn't strike fear in any batter..Like you say, two years,  that's all he's got.

Leyer who pitched last night can throw over 95, gets strikeouts but no comtrol, threw 39 pitches in his one inning. The Sox need to clean house with these minor league level pitchers.  What's worse is our starters could start out lame and listless next Spring.  Yikes.

A wing ding affair in Boston.  In the 2nd Jays get a homer.  In their 2nd Sox follow with 3 homers.  JD, JBJ, Dalbek.

Weber actually threw well tonight until the bullpen came in and threw arson on our chances.  Still we did come back with a dramatic win and we can sure use a few like that, if for no other reason than to build a little momentum and confidence as the season ends.  We've come a long way in less than two years and it feels like we're running uphill backwards Dan.

This game embodies the 2019 and 2020 Sox in a nutshell.  Our pitchers will spot you 8 runs, we gotta get 9 runs to win.  I think the limerick last year was a watermark of 8 runs to win.  Note to Pruneface, THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!
