Ramirez is one problem, Farrell compounds it by having Young hit behind him.  Young left 7 guys on base yesterday.  That's brutal.  With all of the issues that they've been having, getting an actual middle of the lineup is the big one and has plagued them all year.  No power in the 4 or 5 slot means you need good pitching every day.  We aren't getting that now.
You absolutely correct.  Young is another one whose time has passed.
B I N G O both posts....  Han/Ram did/does better with Benni either in front or behind him.... RED SOX toooo ... thumb_u rofl

Young should never be in the starting lineup again.  He has not hit left handed pitching the way he was supposed to, he leaves too many men on base and is a choker, was a choker his second year with the Yankees as he is his second year with us, while to me Moreland should be in there against all kinds of -pitching instead of being platooned by that stupid loon that manages the team.  And why was Vazquez benched in this Fenway series for the most part when he has been lethal in Fenway. or is the compliant press going to give Farrell a pass this time too.  Where's Eckersley when you need him?
