Well Elk, we need someone to tell Tinercora that.  He's really going off the rails with that rest crap.  Be ready for September he tells everyone but at the rate we're going the past week one has to wonder just where the hell we'll be in September.  A rest day once every two weeks might be fine but not the way this guy is going it.
