2-0 SOX, but our L O B's are killing me...…. Not to mention that a good portion of the TWINS lineup is out with ailments...….. OH YES, the YANK$ are winning too !!! iono iono sigh sigh sigh

The Sox finally found their bats!
Sox 8 - Twins 0
Top of the 9th inning.

BoSoxFanNY

DAMN - the Yankees won.
They scored 4 runs in the first inning (2 2run homers)
and held on to win 4 - 3.
DAMN!

How the heck did the Mariners get swept by the Yankees.

They will want to start winning again - and they play us next
in Fenway.

BoSoxFanNY

DAMN, single, double, RBI groundout, RBI sac fly

Sox 9 - Twins 2

Just get this game over.

BoSoxFanNY

Sox beat the Twins 9 - 2.

The Sox finally found their bats -
Mookie hit a home run, Benintendi hit a 2 run home run,
Xander, Moreland, Martinez and Holt hit doubles

AND Porcello pitched 7 strong innings - no runs allowed.

Glad that they ended this road trip with a win.

Schloicka

Good game all around. Good pitching & good hitting. Porcello with 7 strong innings. People getting all excited because the Twins scored a couple runs are amusing. Our relieve pitcher did exactly what he was supposed to do. He pitched 2 innings and finished with the lead. Didn't need to use anyone else. A 6-4 road trip was ok but could of been better with some offense.

Not a good start as the SOX looked lifeless...… The YANK$ keep winning & SEATLLE comes in to FENWAY for 3 FRIDAY night...…….. Devers lifts his head on almost every pitch, JBJ wants to go deep on every pitch...…. As constructed, this roster will not beable to stay with the YANK$ much longer iono iono sigh sigh sigh

No they haven't!!!!!!!  Stop fooling yourself.  Some said the same thing Sunday after we lost two straight to Seattle.  What happened?  We looked like shit against Minnesota for two games before we woke up today.  We can easily fall asleep again when Seattle comes to town after getting their heads handed to them by the Yankees and we face LeBlanc tomorrow who made the Sox look like the cruds they've become.  Just expect more disappointment and laid back laziness from this disgusting batch of pukes.

Jim Rice said that this current edition has trouble hitting off speed pitches.  We noticed time and time again that otherwise ineffective pitchers who throw junk easily dominate this club.  I have also noticed that they are once again rolling over on too many pitches and not as aggressive early in the count as they had been earlier in the year.

Minnesota got bopped four straight by the Yankees last month so what do we do?  We lose two of three to the twinkies.  We split a four game series to the Mariners and what do the Mainrers do?  They get swept by the Yankees.  What that tells me is that either the New Yorkers are much better than we are or that we are a crumbling bunch of cruds who can't put together another good winning streak.  Let no one get too excited about today's win.  It means little.  We'r e now four games behind the Yankees in the loss column.  They know how to win the games they need to win; we most certainly do not.  And unless the team gets their heads out of their asses this will continue, and if anyone really believes that our 6-4 road trip was successful you' re full of shit.  We needed to go 8-2 or 9-1 and could have with a little more effort and a better lineup minus a couple of pukes we keep playing.  6-4 will not do it.  We need a winning streak of say 12 of 14 games and that's what it will take for them to get the shit out of their brains and muscles.  As y ou can tell, I am not impressed with the Red Sox right about now.
