Sox Farm Teams End of Season and in Post-Season
« on: September 03, 2019, 03:17:56 PM »
Been a long time since I posted here.

Pawtucket 59-81, tied with Louisville for the worst record in the IL.
Portland last in the first half, middle of the division in the second half
Salem last in their division in the first half but won the second half. In the playoffs.
Greenville - pretty bad in both halves. Fluor Field is pretty awesome, though. Same dimensions as Fenway, including the Green Monster.
Lowell - division champions, in the playoffs
GCL Red Sox - 27-25, done.

Good to see you back in the fold---just hope you will make yourself at home around here.  Where have you been? Of course I'm not surprised those minor league teams are sucking wind this season.
They have their big brothers in Boston to set an example for them who have played at half speed all season.  Tonight, another loss at home.  We can't even have a winning record in Fenway and that is disgraceful but afraid Zen that being disgraced seems to be a badge of honor for this sad and sorry bunch of bums this season.

Hi Zenjak, please stick around!

Poor season for the minors as the prospects have been elevated or traded.  Remember back when Theo rebuilt the farm system?  All gone now.
