Bogey showing that 2018 was not a fluke. Thankfully the Sox see it and gave the extension. While he will not be a 35-40 HR guy he will be a mainstay in the center of the offense.6-120 was a great deal for both.

Coming out of the All-Star break, the Red Sox will play 34 games in 34 days from July 12-August 14 (21 home, 13 road). They have 1 off day in that time (Monday, 7/29) but will play a day/night doubleheader at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, 8/3.
With their not so good home record, this is not good.
