Men on 1st and 3rd with one out and again, nothing. No. Clutch. Hitting.

That said, this year's team seems to have horrible luck. Chavis scorched a liner that should have gone into LF and allowed Beni to score, but it was right at the 3rd baseman and low enough for him to grab. A few inches in any direction but down and it would have been an RBI.

They took 2 of 3 from the Rays in Tampa, 3 out of 4 from
the Yankees in Fenway - they teased us fans that they were
turning a corner.
AND now they are about to be swept at home.
