It seems like they either score a bunch and shut down the other team, or do nothing at all on offense and then get shutdown by opposing pitchers.  Not a lot of in-between!  It sure helped to get both O'Neill and Devers back in the lineup and Abreu and Wong hitting everything hard sure helped.

Sox wore their hitting clothes tonight scoring 8.  Couple that with three pitchers throwing a shutout through 9 innings.  This team somehow plays hard on the road.

Bello to DL, retro to the 21st.  We're down to two starting pitchers.  This is hard to watch both on and off the field. 

Tough matchup with Carrasco.  Hope Raffy gets cleared to play.

Mark, thanks for correcting the start time.  Apparently, I need new glasses.  I was surprised when I turned on the game around 6:35 and it was in the third inning!

Geez.  A broken rib is about a 60 day turnaround, isn't it?  They will have to scour the free agents for a 1B I would think.  What they have in the system is not going to cut it.  Kavadis?  Not sure he is a good fielder, tho he can hit it deep at times.
